Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We want to ensure that you receive your package on time and are completely satisfied with our products and the experience of shopping on Goddess Planet. Please take time to read our return policy carefully.

Please fill out our contact us form and a customer service representative will guide you with further instructions on the returns and exchange process. All approved refund applications will be processed within 2 working days, less shipping charges.


We accept returns within 15 days after receiving your package.

Skin care, hair care and supplement products must be returned in sealed, unused condition.

Goddess attire merchandise must be returned in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Once we confirm receipt of your return package, we will refund your payment within 2 business days less shipping charges.
Refunds require the following information:

  1. The order No
  2. The Item No.
  3. Photo of the product(s) you sent back
  4. Photo of the shipping label on the package we sent to you

We offer full refunds on any items that are found to be damaged due to our own fault. Damage caused as a result of a third party or customer’s own fault are not qualified for a refund.
If any of the following has taken place, you can submit a refund or exchange request within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired:

  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Goddess Planet (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address),
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed maximum delivery time (21 days for clothing and other attire and 10 days for skin care, hair care and supplements) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or an exchange.

  1. You may return & exchange within 15 days from the delivered date.                                                          
  2. Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged and with original tags and packaging.                                
  3. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

Once again, please do not send your purchase back until you receive authorization from one of our customer service representatives to do so. For all returns, refund and exchange inquires, please fill out our “Contact Us” form and you will receive a response within 24 hours.
